Alena Milos Sound
Shibuya Crossing
For this project, we were each assigned a well-known location and challenged to create a soundscape of that location. My location was Shibuya Crossing in Tokyo, Japan. It is the world's busiest pedestrian crossing and is most well known for the image of the gigantic wave of pedestrians that flood the crossing each time traffic stops. This soundscape was created it in QLab and mixed in binaural through a series of fade cues and a Logic plugin.

Memory Project
For this project, we were asked to create a soundscape of something that held personal significance to us or a fond memory. I chose to recreate what it sounds like to walk down from our apartment and through our college town on a busy night. This is admittedly a sillier soundscape, but I had a lot of fun making it, and still learned a lot while building it in Logic.
